We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return: Contact us at contact@maavelo.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU 14-day cooling-off period: If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same eligibility conditions apply.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@maavelo.com.
